Company Profile

Richard E. Wright, P.G., has been involved with water resources planning and management for over 35 of his 45-year professional career, and has long been considered an expert in the field of water resource management.  He was the founder and President (1975 to 1996) of R.E. Wright Associates, Inc., a full-service earth resources company providing “total environmental solutions.”

Areas of specialization include:

  • Mining geology

  • Engineering geology and geologic hazards

  • Ground water development

  • Nuclear power plant safeguards analysis studies/reports

  • Environmental geology

  • Contaminant fate, transport, and cleanup

  • Site exploration and planning

He has long been an advocate of the scientific management of water resources and has developed countless high-capacity water well supplies to optimize well yield, water quality, and long-term management of existing water supplies.
